Payment Methods
All orders placed via Internet, telephone and fax machine must be paid by credit card. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
If you choose to order by mail, you have the option to send us a check, money order, or to pay with a credit card.
Shipping & Handling
UPS
Most of our items are shipped via UPS ground service and are usually delivered in 10 to 12 business days. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together. Your credit card will be authorized at the time you place your order and charges will be debited upon initial shipment, regardless of partial or complete order status at that time. We will not deliver to PO Boxes via this service.
Inside Delivery
Larger items and those requiring special handling will be sent via our inside delivery service. Items will be shipped blanket wrapped or crated if necessary, depending on the piece. The service will consist of placing the item wherever you choose at your home. No assembly will be provided. Our carrier will call you to arrange a weekday appointment for delivery. Please be sure to notify us of any special delivery requirements such as a 2nd floor delivery etc., under shipping instructions when checking out. You will be billed for delivery charges when your item ships.
Special Shipping Requirements
A small percentage of our items are oversized or have unusual requirements for shipping and handling. These items are so indicated in the item description. If you select one of these items please call or email us for a quotation on the shipping and handling.

Return Policy
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, follow the return instructions on the back of the packing slip. Fill out the slip and enclose it with your return. If you have lost your packing slip, please include a detailed note explaining the reason for the return. Your comments will help us to improve our service and product quality.
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may also contact our Customer Service department at 904-739-6655 and a representative will be glad to arrange a pick-up for you.
Please return items within 30 days to receive a prompt exchange or refund. For your protection, we strongly suggest that you ship all return packages via UPS or the US Postal Service's insured mail. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise and all shipping costs.)
Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent c.o.d., and original shipping charges are not refundable. Expect a credit for the returned item on your next month's credit card statement.
